Marchand Homes also crafts custom homes on client owned land through the draw contract process. The Chisholm Group role is to competently assist clients with all aspects of the new home construction front end process. This encompasses yielding client inquiries, subdivision selection, lot walk and selection, design selection, model home viewings, pricing and contract development.
